What If I'm Not the Expressive Type?

This is the first in a four part series focused on the essence of Worship. What comes to your mind when you hear the word: worship? For many the answer is music or at least prayer and praise. Worship is so much more. Actually you were born to worship! Learn what worship is and begin to learn how to worship.

Praise is one expression of worship but a very important one. We praise all kinds of people by expressing our love, respect, gratitude or awe. God deserves our greatest praise because He is above and beyond all things. Understand, possibly for the very first time why anyone would raise their hands while singing at church or anywhere for that matter and you might be surprised to find yourself inspired to do the same thing!

Worshipping God is simply an expression of my being captivated by His love for me. However, there are times we may feel held back inside from truly expressing ourselves to the Father. Why? Look at the greatest hindrance to worship God in freedom and innocence and how to overcome it.
