Hope Center Christmas Donations & Volunteering

Spread joy this Christmas by supporting the Hope Center for Kids in North Omaha! Each year, the Hope Center hosts a Christmas shopping event where local children use “Hope Center Dollars” earned through participation to buy gifts for their families. This year’s event runs December 8–11 and serves over 5,000 kids.

As a part of Love Gives this year, we are asking Lifegate Kids to participate in two ways:
‍

1. Donate a gift- bring unwrapped presents to your campus on Sundays through November 30.
2. Volunteer- We want Lifegate families to cover Tuesday and Wednesdays spots, but there are several opportunities to serve!

Donation Items Needed:

Kids (Infant-12th Grade)
Infants: soft blankets, rattles, baby clothing
Elementary: art sets, storybooks, sports balls
Teens: headphones, gift cards, hoodies

Adult Women
Self-care sets, journals, scarves, gift cards

Adult Men
Grooming kits, wallets, gloves, gift cards

Grandparents/Seniors
Warm blankets, puzzle books, tea sets, cozy socks

Miscellaneous
Family games, blankets, toiletries, snacks, wrapping paper
