Part-Time Assistant Teacher (Lifegate Preschool)

This individual will assist the Head Teacher and be responsible for teaching students key learning experiences to help prepare them for kindergarten interweaving academics with Christian principles.  They will help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment that stimulates learning and confidence when trying to master new skills.  Must have good communication skills, classroom management, a willingness to collaborate, and be a team player.

Minimum requirements are valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate OR a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development OR an associate’s degree in early childhood education, education or child/youth development OR a Child Development Associate Credential OR a high school diploma and at least 1500 hours verifiable experience working with young children. Must be in alignment with the vision and culture of Lifegate Church.
