Les has been the Lead Pastor of Lifegate Church since 1996. He has a passionate love for Jesus and a vision for people everywhere to discover the Life only available through a relationship with Christ. His hope is that each person would have a compelling opportunity to experience a life-giving, Spirit-welcoming and presence-drawn encounter with God and His family. Active as a leader in the City Church of the Omaha Metro (withinreach.com), Les has worked diligently for the past 20+ years to see God’s agenda to bring unprecedented hope, compassion and Kingdom diversity come to pass in the surrounding area through a regional church that’s better together. He is married to Kris, his college sweetheart, and is blessed with a married son, a single daughter and four perfect grands!

Associate Lead Pastor
Micah leads and strategizes for all weekend services. One of his primary responsibilities is to facilitate great environments for people to encounter Jesus. He loves people and has a heart for the city of Omaha, ever since coming here in 2007 as the Young Adult Pastor. When asked to pastor a campus in 2015, Micah accepted gladly to live a dream to encourage people to Discover, Live and Give life in Jesus in a mature part of the city. Micah’s hobby’s include dating his sweet wife, and enjoying life with his four amazing kids. He also golfs, trains for triathlons, loves 90’s rap music and has sweet tooth that is never satisfied.

Mike joined the Lifegate team in 1996 to serve in youth ministry. His effectiveness resulted in him being given an Associate Pastor role with oversight of several departments of the Church. In 2013 he was asked to become Lifegate’s Executive Senior Pastor. Whereas Pastor Les’ role is one of vision, leading and feeding, Mike’s role is to strategize, lead and implement. He has direct oversight over the more than 100 part and full time Lifegate staff in their assignment to see 40 Lifegate campuses in the next 40 years. Mike is married to Shelly, his high school love and together they are raising three sons and two daughters who are each amazing!

Les has been the Lead Pastor of Lifegate Church since 1996. He has a passionate love for Jesus and a vision for people everywhere to discover the Life only available through a relationship with Christ. His hope is that each person would have a compelling opportunity to experience a life-giving, Spirit-welcoming and presence-drawn encounter with God and His family. Active as a leader in the City Church of the Omaha Metro (withinreach.com), Les has worked diligently for the past 20+ years to see God’s agenda to bring unprecedented hope, compassion and Kingdom diversity come to pass in the surrounding area through a regional church that’s better together. He is married to Kris, his college sweetheart, and is blessed with a married son, a single daughter and four perfect grands!

Micah leads and strategizes for all weekend services. One of his primary responsibilities is to facilitate great environments for people to encounter Jesus. He loves people and has a heart for the city of Omaha, ever since coming here in 2007 as the Young Adult Pastor. When asked to pastor a campus in 2015, Micah accepted gladly to live a dream to encourage people to Discover, Live and Give life in Jesus in a mature part of the city. Micah’s hobby’s include dating his sweet wife, and enjoying life with his four amazing kids. He also golfs, trains for triathlons, loves 90’s rap music and has sweet tooth that is never satisfied.

Mike joined the Lifegate team in 1996 to serve in youth ministry. His effectiveness resulted in him being given an Associate Pastor role with oversight of several departments of the Church. In 2013 he was asked to become Lifegate’s Executive Senior Pastor. Whereas Pastor Les’ role is one of vision, leading and feeding, Mike’s role is to strategize, lead and implement. He has direct oversight over the more than 100 part and full time Lifegate staff in their assignment to see 40 Lifegate campuses in the next 40 years. Mike is married to Shelly, his high school love and together they are raising three sons and two daughters who are each amazing!
